Sejak Tea Salt
Have you tried making tea salt with your favourite loose leaf tea?
I always love making tea salt with Sejak and using it for seasoning food, stir-fries and BBQ. Since we introduced how to make tea salt with Sejak on Instagram a few years ago, we have got great feedback and many people have told us that they were inspired.
Simply grind dried Sejak leaves first using a mortar and pestle. Add salt into the mortar and grind/mix together. I used roasted fine sea salt made in Korea. The ratio of the salt to dried Sejak leaves is 1:1.
